Cabarita Lookout Villa

Cabarita Lookout Villa is your perfect "off-the-beaten path" getaway. The Villa was completed in 2009 on the historic Wentworth Estate.  It is an estate filled with banana, orange, lime, mango and papaya trees. Known to be the illustrious Captain Henry Morgan’s historic lookout and sitting adjacent to playwright Noel Coward’s dramatic estate “Firefly,” Cabarita Lookout has one of the most beautiful views in Jamaica. We are located on the cliff side of the Wentworth Estate. From here you can take in the local life of the Jamaican people while enjoying the elegant, yet cozy feel of your home away from home.

The Villa is built on three levels. The first level has 2 bedrooms, the Sunrise Room and Seascape Room, featuring queen beds, along with a full size futon on the bottom which folds into a couch. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath with shower. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor.

The second floor features the main living area with an open concept dining room, living room and spacious dining room table. There is a large bathroom on the main floor with a spacious walk-in shower. The main floor also features a 12x32 seaview terrace with dining tables, chairs and a gas barbecue grill.

Upstairs you’ll find the master suite, Lookout, which features a king size bed and clawfoot bathtub perched high on a platform offering magnificent views. A bathroom adjoins the suite. A private 12x16 terrace offers a dining table and professional massage table ... not to mention a view you’ll always remember.

Upon your arrival at the Montego Bay Airport, you will be greeted by Mr. Cutty, your driver, butler and new “best friend.” Enjoy the first leg of your complimentary airport transfer to and from the airport. Cutty has a wealth of knowledge about Jamaica and will be happy to share the lore of his island as he drives you to Cabarita Lookout. Upon arrival at the Villa, you'll be greeted with Jamaican Rum Punch prepared by Ms. Sharon, your fabulous cook and meticulous housekeeper.

Cabarita Lookout is located 17 miles east of Ocho Rios, the home of James Bond Beach, Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain and Fern Gully. For the more adventuresome, you might enjoy horseback riding, deep sea fishing or Black Sands Beach. Or just kick back and relax around our inviting pool and be catered to by Sharon and Cutty. Early mornings join Cutty as he goes down to the beach to pick up “the catch of the day” from local fishermen
