Guest / Concierge Services

For an additional charge, we arrange customized guest services such as airport transfers, car rentals, taxi services, basic grocery shopping, babysitting and child care services, spa and yoga experiences, wedding and special events' planning as well as tour bookings. Ask us to assist you with other services not mentioned here.

Airport Transfers
We offer round-trip airport transfers from the Montego Bay (MBJ) airport to all our properties (Ocho Rios, Tower Isle, Boscobel, Oracabessa, etc.). You will be met at the airport by a uniformed driver holding a sign bearing your name.  We will also arrange transfers from other airports.

Full-time Housekeeper
We offer full-time housekeepers who are ready to help you with anything you need. This may include doing your laundry, shopping or cooking up to three meals each day per your request. Your housekeeper will provide a menu of authentic Jamaican cuisine from which you may select meal options.

Full-time Chefs
We also offer full-time Chefs who will prepare three goumet-styled Jamaican meals each day per your request. Your Chef will provide a menu of authentic Jamaican cuisine from which you may select meal options. Talk to your reservation agent about booking your Chef for a "Jamaican Cooking Experience" and enjoy a unique opportunity to learn to prepare a variety of  authentic Jamaican dishes.

Yoga Experience
Practice yoga with us in the rejuvenating Caribbean air on our enchanting island by the sea. Experience the mental, physical and spiritual awakening that comes at each level of mastery of this ancient discipline. Book one-hour private, semi-private and group sessions from sunrise to sunset. Spa Package
We offer on-site Spa Packages in a serene and tranquil atmosphere that will transform your spa experience into a relaxing and rejuvenating one. Package Menus include: Massage, Reflexology, Steam Treatment, Body Wraps & Scrubs, and Facials.
