Seaside Villa in Boscobel, St. Mary with private access to the Caribbean Sea

With its spectacular view of the sea, this charming, well-appointed six bedrooms and six bathrooms seaside villa is located twenty minutes east of the Town of Ocho Rios. The Villa is comprised of two three-bedroom cottages sitting adjacent to each other at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. There are two spacious master bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two other bedrooms, have king size beds, with en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms both have two twin size beds. There are two full bathrooms located in each hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.

The spacious living rooms both have ample seating and Cable TVs.  The main dining tables seat up to 12 persons plus there are bonus eating areas inside and outside. The well-appointed kitchens have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, various small appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. There is a washing machine on property.

Enjoy a variety of authentic Jamaican meals prepared by your own full-time chef (at an additional charge).  Want to enjoy more of the outdoors? Then have breakfast under the rising sun and watch from the pool deck as the sun disappears during dinner. Bask in the fresh sea air and take time to meditate in any of the quiet spaces around this vast compound. Walk down steps to your private sea access and enter the warm Caribbean Sea for swimming, snorkeling or diving. Enjoy the swimming pool just outside your front door. Stroll through lush well-manicured and beautifully landscaped grounds and enjoy seasonal fruits directly from the trees. Fall asleep in a hammock as  you bathe in the sun and listen to the waves beneath you.

A conference room and several covered and uncovered lower decks will provide additional space for hosting various events.
